We retained as much of the historic charm as possible, but gutted the entire interior and updated every inch of the house, uncluding the electrical and plumbing. After renovating a dozen properties in the Dewey Beach area that were built in the 60s, we decided to go all-in with this property and create an authentic historical experience, while still offering all-new, modern amenities.
