Do you rent to graduation groups or for celebrations?

We have a strict 25 year age requirement to rent any of our properties, and do not rent to high school, college or grad school graduation groups. Please don’t take it personally, our kids are your age and we wouldn’t let them use the houses either! We encourage younger groups to rent just outside the Dewey city limits. Sea Breeze or Dodd’s addition, you can look at a map and it’s anything with a Rehoboth address, there are lots of properties just across Rt 1 and north of Dewey that are super close to town and only a few blocks from the beach. That way, the Dewey Beach police have no jurisdiction, and the Rehoboth police are highly unlikely to come to those areas. If you are within Dewey proper, you can expect problems with the police, curfews any neighbors who figure out you’re a senior week.
